Privacy policy

This is the website of Adam Weir, REALTOR® with Homepage Realty in Louisville, Kentucky. Here is what happens with your information.

What the forms collect

Only what you type in: your name, email, and, depending on the form, your phone number, home address, the areas and price you are interested in, or a message. Phone numbers are always optional.

Where it goes

• Into my customer relationship system (Rechat), so I can follow up with you.
• To my email inbox as a notice that you reached out, sent through an email service (Resend), which keeps a copy of that notice in its records for a short time.
• That is all. This website itself does not keep a copy, and I never sell or rent your information.

Texting

If you tick "It is OK to text me," I may text you about your request. You can tell me to stop anytime by replying STOP or just letting me know.

Listing alerts

If you sign up for First-to-Know alerts, I set up new-listing emails for you through the MLS system (Flexmls). You will be asked to confirm before any arrive, and every email has a way to stop them.

Spam protection

The forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. It checks your browser in the background, usually without you noticing. Once in a while it may ask you to tick a box. Cloudflare handles that data under its own privacy policy.

Visits to the site

The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Photos load from Unsplash, so Unsplash sees a normal web request from your browser. The site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. To see how many people visit and which pages they read, I use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without identifying you.

Seeing or deleting your information

Email me at adam@homepagerealty.com and I will tell you what I have and delete it if you ask, except anything I am required to keep for a real estate transaction.
